Woodies CCI for MT4
Copy the indicators (in the zip-file) into the experts/indicators folder.
Copy the template (woodies cci.tpl) into the templates folder.
Open a chart and click on the template.
Have fun with woodie.
regards, Chris

Thanks a lot, that's great help.
Can you explain what the SDX-Sweetspot indicator is?
For some reason my machine starts lagging as hell until I unload the signals.
And if anyone wants to use pivots for 1min chart, you'll have to change
into
Just do a search for that. That's in the camarilladt1 indicator.
Now for a full set all we need is sidewinder and chop indicator

@micikas
The Sweet Spots print the even prices as lines on the chart, like 1.7300
and 1.7350 etc. You donīt need this for woodies cci, itīs only a visual
help. Price often uses this lines as support and resistance. The Sidewinder
is the LSMA in the chart.
The lagging comes from the WCCI-Patterns, I have the same problem,
but itīs not so critical.
regards chris.

@micikas
Youīre right, itīs a combination from LSMA (25) and EMA (34).
I use Amibroker with an MT4 plugin. In Amibroker I use other
timeframes like 9 min or 13 min charts and thereīs a sidewinder
on the chart. Nice code from Dennis >>>

I did it. It works wonderful. I was about to pay for charts, now that money is saved.

Please forgive the rather naive request, those of you who have been
trading with this a lot already, but for those of us who are failry new
to Woodie's system, would someone mind posting a brief explanation of
the additional indicators? Jeff's "Trading Woodie's System" document
gives an excellent explanation of the system itself, and the patterns.
However it only briefly touches on the LSMA, which it seems most of the
additional indicators in this new MT4 pakage (which I love, by the way
- many thanks to the authors!) are based upon. The red/green stripes
look a lot like the Chop Zone and Sidewinder,
but what exactly are we looking for? Green likely confirms up-trends,
the red down, but should all three be in agreement? Are the CCI
patterns still the main entry/exist triggers, and these just for
confirmation, or are there situations where these take priority? If a
TCCI cross signals an exit, do we take it if everything still points
green? If we see the green turn to red in one or more stripes, but the
TCCI hasn't crossed yet or some other exit signal given by the CCI, do
we stay in? What does the top CCI stripe signal or measure vs. the
bottom one, and which is more important (if any)? How about the colored
LSMA stripe over the chart compared to the two color CCI stripes below?
Many thanks in advance,
-=A
