Im Regulatoren-Jargon wird schon unterschieden zwischen CFD und 'Rolling spot forex contracts'. Zum Beispiel wenn man in den FCA-Registger schaut, welche Instrumente ein Broker anbieten darf. Wird aber wohl trotzdem dabei sein, wenn sie schon extra FX anführen.
Kann man sich einfach so auf professinal umklassifizieren lassen? Soweit ich mich erinnere, gibt es da relativ heftige Anforderungen an die Konto-Größe.
